PropComply is co-founded and co-owned by Andréas and Susan Hobbelin, combining deep AML expertise with decades of commercial, technology and growth leadership.
Andréas Hobbelin
Co-Founder & Owner | CEO & AML / Financial Crime Expert
Andréas brings 15+ years of experience in AML, KYC, financial crime prevention and sanctions screening across banking, fintech and professional services. He has developed and improved AML/KYC systems and frameworks inside regulated institutions, with specialist knowledge of Spanish real estate compliance under Ley 10/2010 and SEPBLAC expectations.
At PropComply, he is responsible for the regulatory, AML and product-domain architecture — turning hands-on operational experience into the infrastructure that powers the platform.
Susan Hobbelin
Co-Founder & Owner | COO / CMO | Commercial, Growth & Marketing
Susan is an experienced entrepreneur, commercial leader and marketing executive with more than 20 years of experience across technology, B2B sales, leadership, entrepreneurship, digital products, marketing and brand building.
Her career spans senior sales and leadership roles, technology and digital solutions, business information and risk, entrepreneurship, influencer marketing and commercial brand partnerships — including experience with Dun & Bradstreet/Bisnode, technology company Idium, United Influencers and VILLOID, as well as founding and building several businesses of her own.
At PropComply, Susan leads commercial strategy, operations, growth, marketing, brand, partnerships and customer development. Her background in technology, entrepreneurship, sales and marketing complements Andréas' regulatory and financial crime expertise.

Andréas leads the regulatory and AML architecture behind PropComply, while Susan leads commercialisation, operations, growth and market development.
