1. About This Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how AI Risk Intelligence AS (org. no. 833 854 992, 1164 Oslo, Norway — "we", "us", "PropComply") uses cookies and similar technologies on propcomply.com. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy. It reflects our obligations under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, "GDPR"), the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC) and Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) as interpreted by the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
2. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device (computer, tablet or phone) when you visit it. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels and SDKs. They can be set by the site you are visiting ("first-party") or by a third party ("third-party"), and they can be temporary ("session") or persistent.
3. Cookies We Use
We only use strictly necessary technical storage required for the site to function — for example, remembering your selected language (EN / ES / PT) and your cookie choice in your browser's local storage. Under Article 22.2 LSSI-CE and Recital 66 of the ePrivacy Directive, strictly necessary technical storage does not require prior consent.
In addition, and only if you consent, we load the LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, part of Microsoft). It allows us to measure how our professional marketing on LinkedIn performs and to understand, in aggregate, which pages visitors reach. It sets third-party cookies on your device and may transfer data to LinkedIn. We do not sell personal data.

4. Consent
Because the LinkedIn Insight Tag requires consent, we show a consent banner on your first visit. Nothing beyond strictly necessary storage is loaded until you accept. Declining costs you no functionality. To change your choice later, clear your browser's site data for propcomply.com — the banner will appear again on your next visit.
