It reflects our obligations under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, "GDPR"), the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC) and Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) as interpreted by the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
