Do I need a credit card for Free Access?
No. Free Access requires no credit card, no payment details and no commitment to continue.
What happens after I request Free Access?
A PropComply representative contacts you to arrange a short onboarding, walks your team through the platform and the KYC/CDD workflow, and completes your company AML setup. Your account is activated once that is done.
Why is there a short onboarding before activation?
So your firm starts correctly: the right company and AML information is configured, the responsible AML person is registered, and your team understands the workflow before working on real client cases.
What happens after 31 December 2026?
The Free Access campaign runs until 31 December 2026. After that, firms can continue on Pay As You Go at €100 per KYC, or subscribe to PropComply at €100 per month with discounted KYC pricing from €50 per KYC depending on volume. The PropComply subscription also includes the full PropComply AML Framework.
Which option includes the AML Framework?
The full PropComply AML Framework is included with the €100 per month PropComply subscription. It gives your firm structured tools to document and operate its AML work; your firm remains responsible for its own legal obligations.
Can I use PropComply without a subscription?
Yes. Pay As You Go has no monthly fee and no minimum volume — you pay €100 per KYC when you need one, and it includes the full KYC/CDD process with the relevant screening. The full PropComply AML Framework is included with the €100 per month subscription.
Why does the subscription provide lower KYC pricing?
The €100 monthly subscription covers ongoing access to the platform, which lets us offer KYC credits from €50 to €80 each depending on the volume you buy.
